Three systems we designed and built: payroll for four Caribbean tax regimes, a marketing platform we run ourselves, and a WooCommerce plugin sold through the WordPress directory. Each page below sets out what the system does, how it is built, what went wrong along the way, and where it stands now.
Payroll for employers in Suriname, Aruba and Curaçao, with Guyana built and following later. Each country’s tax rules sit in their own module, so adding a country does not change the rest of the system.
A marketing platform for companies that have nobody running marketing. It is our own product: we funded it, we operate it, and we pay for every model call it makes. AI usage is metered at a thousand tokens per credit.
A WordPress plugin that answers a shop’s customers from that shop’s own catalogue, using the shop’s own AI key. Conversations stay on the shop’s own server and are never sent to us.
Every line below has been through production in one of the three systems above. The right-hand column says which one, so you can check it. We use this list ourselves when someone asks whether a piece of work is within range.
