mondivio.com sets no cookies of its own. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no consent banner — because there is nothing to consent to.
Why there is no cookie banner
A banner is required when a site stores or reads information on your device that is not strictly necessary. This site is static HTML: it stores nothing on your device, measures nothing, and shares nothing with third parties as you browse. So there is no banner, and none of the usual “reject all” friction.
We load our typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests the font files from fonts.gstatic.com. That request exposes your IP address to Google in the same way that loading any external file does, but it does not set a cookie.
The one exception: the checkout
Our AI Support Chat page loads the checkout script from Freemius, our Merchant of Record, so you can buy without being sent to another site. When you open the checkout, Freemius may set cookies or similar storage that are necessary to run a payment session — keeping your basket together, preventing fraud, and remembering which plan you selected.
These are strictly necessary for a transaction you asked to start. If you never open the checkout, no purchase session begins.

How to refuse
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies for a specific site, or for all sites, under its privacy settings. Blocking them will not affect any part of mondivio.com except the checkout, which needs them to complete a payment.
The AI Support Chat plugin
If you are here because the chat widget appears on a shop you visited: the plugin uses a session identifier so the conversation stays coherent between messages. Nothing is stored until you open the chat; from that moment the identifier and a copy of your side of the conversation are kept in your browser’s local storage (not a cookie, and sent to no one), and the conversation itself is stored on that shop’s server. Both belong to that shop, not to Mondivio. The AI Support Chat privacy notice explains the split, and the shop’s own privacy policy governs what they do with it.

If we ever add analytics or another third-party script, we will update this page first and add a consent mechanism where one is required.
