Position: Technical Support Specialist
Location: Paramaribo, Suriname
About Us:
Mondivio Solutions is a leading partner in digital transformation, specializing in delivering innovative and efficient solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking a talented Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Suriname.
Job Description:
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, managing IT implementations, and maintaining various IT systems. You will work closely with our team in the Netherlands to ensure all technical issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to clients.
- Implement and configure IT solutions.
- Maintain and monitor IT systems and infrastructure.
- Resolve technical issues and incidents within agreed SLA times.
- Collaborate with the Dutch team to develop and implement technical solutions.
- Document technical processes and solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with software implementations and technical support.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Experience with network management and IT infrastructure.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with a remote team.
